Self-actualizing self awareness

Average individuals “often have not the slightest idea of what they are, of what they want, of what their own opinions are,” self-actualizing individuals on the other hand, have “superior awareness of their own impulses, desires, opinions, and subjective reactions in general.”

We are all full of biases, delusions, narratives and firmly held beliefs.

But nobody knows us better than we know ourselves.

For we have been there, 24/7 for the entireity of our lives, watching.

As the Observer as well as the Player.

And we judge ourselves accordingly.

Consciously or subconsciously.
